On a break from filming 90210, the actress/singer splashed around in the waters of Ibiza Tuesday, showing off her fit figure in a colorful bikini top and black bottoms.
How does Lowndes, 23, maintain her bangin' bikini bod? For starters, the actress -- who plays Adrianna on The CW's hit -- tells Portrait Magazine that she drinks lots and lots of water. "Drinking lots of water is key; I drink like eight water bottles a day," says the star, who works out with the help of a personal trainer.

When she's not in the gym running, lifting weights or taking yoga or Pilates classes, Lowndes isn't afraid to treat herself once in a while.

A self-proclaimed coffee addict, Lowndes leans toward oatmeal with bananas and brown sugar for breakfast, but can never refuse a baked good. "I cannot live without cupcakes!" Lowndes tells Portrait Magazine. "I try to keep it to a minimum, but I'm addicted to any kind of cupcake, especially red velvet."
