Sexy Jessica Simpson Shows Off Lean, Toned Legs on Date With Eric Johnson

Mom and dad's night out on the town!

New parents Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson enjoyed a romantic dinner along at Fig & Olive in Los Angeles Saturday night. Simpson, who gave birth to daughter Maxwell on May 1, has been working with Weight Watchers to lose the baby weight -- and her willpower is definitely paying off.

Looking especially radiant, the 32-year-old Fashion Star mentor wore a super short sparkly dress for the evening, which showed off her long, toned legs. Johnson, 33, dressed more casually in cargo pants and plaid dress shirt.

Simpson has had the support of her fiance while she works to lose the baby weight.

"The fact that he loves me the way I am right now -- we're set," she told USA Today on Sept. 4. The couple have been dating since the spring of 2010. "He knows I want to feel better in my skin."

"I'm not a supermodel. My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel. I'm just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiance and herself," Simpson explained. "I feel like everybody can do what I am doing."
