Joseph Gordon-Levitt in Looper

Rian Johnson's sci-fi thriller Looper starring Bruce Willis, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Emily Blunt will take moviegoers back to the future -- the year 2074, to be exact.

The action film, which premiered in Toronto earliler this month, is about a man assigned to kill the 30-years-older version of himself.

Meanwhile, Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg and Selena Gomez sink their teeth into the animated Dracula tale Hotel Transylvania, which also premiered in Toronto.

Sandler voices the legendary vampire, who here is portrayed as an overprotective father having trouble shielding his daughter (Gomez) from outside elements on the eve of her 118th birthday.

Elsewhere, Viola Davis and Maggie Gyllenhaal plays two determined mothers in the Daniel Barnz film Won't Back Down.

The drama follows the bureaucracy of the public school's system as the pair risks everything to make a difference in the education and future of their children.
