Gemma McCluskie's brother charged with murder

The brother of former EastEnders actress Gemma McCluskie has been charged with her murder.
Tony McCluskie, 35, of Pelter Street, Hackney, is accused of murdering the 29-year-old, whose body was found in Regent's Canal, east London.
He is attributable to appear before Thames Magistrates' Court on Monday accused of her murder between 29 February and six March.
Ms McCluskie, who starred as Kerry Skinner in 2001, disappeared last week.
She had last been seen on one March at the high-profile opening of the £650m Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel.
The 35-year-old, dressed in a gray long-sleeved prime and jeans, spoke solely to confirm his name, address and date of birth.
He was remanded in custody and told a bail hearing would happen at the old Bailey among succeeding forty eight hours.
Chair of the bench Cliff Lynn said a provisional date of March twenty six had been set for a preliminary hearing.
A limbless torso found within the Regent's Canal in Hackney, East London, was formally identified as that of Miss McCluskie last Friday, but a post-mortem examination was inconclusive.
Police divers are still looking for her remaining body parts.
Her brother was arrested on Wednesday when officers raided the East London home the combine shared with their mother.
CCTV footage was subsequently released of the event showing her carrying a yellow blouse and carrying a Louis Vuitton bag.
Ms McCluskie's torso was discovered within the canal in Hackney on Tuesday.
A post-mortem examination administrated on Wednesday proved inconclusive leading police to carry out additional tests.
Family and friends had appealed for helping find her, together with her former co-stars Natalie Cassidy and Brooke Kinsella.
Ms McCluskie appeared in additional than 30 episodes of EastEnders.
